ETG is a service provider to its Clients. In our capacity as a service provider, we will receive, store, and/or process personal data. In such cases, we are acting as a data processor and will process the personal information on behalf of and under the direction of our partners and/or Clients. The information that we collect from our Clients in this capacity is used for managing transactions, reporting, invoicing, renewals, other operations related to providing services to the Client.

What do we do with it?
ETG complies with its obligations under GDPR by keeping personal data up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; by protecting personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect personal data. For example, we may encrypt identified personal information such as account details in transmission and at rest when storing, require sophisticated physical security at our data centers and control/audit changes on those details.
We only retain the personal data in accordance with contractual or regulation requirements. If you have provided consent to Your information being used for marketing purposes it will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
Edge Technology Group LLC and Edge TG Limited participate in standard contractual clauses regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries.
In compliance with privacy requirements, ETG commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.
ETG commits to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and comply with the advice given by the panel with regard to unresolved privacy complaints concerning Personal Information transferred from the EU.
If we transfer personal information received to a third party, the third party’s access, use, and disclosure of the personal data must also be in compliance with our privacy obligations, and we will remain liable for any failure to do so by the third party unless we prove we are not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
